Wanted Part: CB 500 cylinder head side cover(pic)

I'm currently rebuilding a 71 500 engine. I tried to repair some deep gouges in the cover I have, by welding. Due to the injection casting process used on this part, under the skin is porous to a degree. When I attempt to weld, I have been unable to avoid porosity at the weld edge. I want to have a polished finish. Thought I'd look locally first, before I look else where.
