Did you get the jug off?  I had one really stuck that I had to pretty much hammer apart but I rebuilt it.  That was about 1000 miles ago...

So , are you gonna get it freed up? All different ways to do it. Fire method, block and hammer method, concoction method, hang it by the jug method, air hammer on a large socket over a block method, or reinstall the head (no cam) and do the grease gun method on 2 or 3 since they are up.
This motor could be in reasonably good, rebuildable shape and you don't know it.
Get it free ( I would do the greasegun method on this one) low impact immediate results.
tear the whole thing down, split the cases and see what kind of engine you really have there.
If it's yucky and you can't be bothered , it's on you.
If your scared and need a support group, we're here for you.
What's it gonna be?

What a shame you tore the bike apart before trying the ATF/acetone treatment, followed by rocking the bike back and forth in gear. :(

I did all of  ATF/acetone treatment, block and hammer method,  Fire method, for the past month couldn't get the other bolt to the cam gear so had to cut the timing chain off so i could get the jug off but still stuck. think the motor was in a flooded basement or something. the crank case was full of rust. here's a pic of the kerosene I took out James

I 'm gonna keep this and that and that and this, anything I could have wrenched off easily, then? What's then?
Are you not going to rebuild it? Don't just throw it out ,perhaps another member close by might be interested in it.
Aren't you even interested to see the condition of the rest of it?
Yeah, what a shame.

Whoaaa guys.  Cut the op some slack.  Did you look the pictures?  I have tried to dis-assemble similar looking motors and sure, anything is re-buildable, but really?  He might be able to save the cases, jugs, and some trans parts...but this is not economically practical for the average guy that doesn't have 20 parts motors sitting around the garage...
If it works good, it looks good...

Fill the cylinders with kerosene and light them up. Probably a good hour's worth of heat and a breaker bar on rotor bolt will turn the crank/pistons loose. I used SeaFoam on my last engine BBQ, but it gets pricey after the first half hour.

Yeah thats what Ill talkin about, turn on the sprinklers that engines on FIRE!!!
thanks, Mark

Well that sucks, time to run electric start.
We had a guy here rode a raked out Sporty, with a wooden leg, seemed to ride it pretty well.

This is turning out to be the saddest Fcukin thread that I have ever read.
first the motor ,   now the leg...WTF .
Springer, That is some wicked sh1t to stare down, I don't know how I would handle anything if that was going on in my life.
I am very sorry that this is happening to you. Something didn't make sense with this thread and now I understand why. I wish you all the best.

Sorry to hear about your upcomming surgery. Hope the best for the recovery.
Do not give up on being in the wind. I have known several guys with prosthetics that still ride. It is deffiantely still something you can enjoy.

Before you just throw that engine out. Let me know. I can use it for some research info for a big bore build that I am looking into. I get through Perrysburg often, and could pick it up on one of my runs through.
