I think that I might have every air box thru the years here...all spares . What year F or K ?
Not sure of the carb inventory yet though. I'm having a PD shortage here.
Seats...all out. Would a Vermont registration work for your frame?

Not much point in aquiring the missing parts until I have a title, unfortunately.  And more likely than not, that title will have a more complete bike attached.  But I do appreciate your offer.  It's kind of an interesting bike though as the frame and engine #'s are under 1500, build date of late 1973.

So it was out of the gate before it was offered in 74? Neat. I would try the Vermont registration just to keep that piece of Honda history alive.

Yeah, that's a good point although I can't see many collectors being interested in a low number 550 except maybe a couple fanatics on this site.  It would take a lot of work and money to put this one back to stock.  I wish you lived closer.  We could probably figure something out.  I have always concentrated on the 750's and have way more spare parts and resources for them.  Anyway, I have it carefully boxed up until I decide what to do with it.

My personal rule is it has to be indoors, I still have to get everything else (cars lawn mowers) inside, except the race trailer in the summer, right now it's in storage. and I still have to be able to use the shop for working on race cars and bikes to sell.

That's where the shelves come in. It will be easier to access my 750/400f parts and still work in the shop.
