Do any of you know the Origin of the Honda 'HM' Wing emblem? how it first was adopted by Soichiro Honda ?

I have a pr. of Honda Wing oem sticker emblems that I'm going to put on either side of my black gas tank,pt.#'s: 87121-GCR-300ZA & 87122-GCR-300ZA.These Wing emblems/decals are black & white and the 'HM' w/ the circle around it is black lettering w/ gold inside.
I got them from a dealer over the internet & they said that they're stock on the 50cc Dream model,the racing type w/ the long tank,they also come stock on other models.
I always liked the Honda Wing design emblem.
