Miracle cream!

I found, at my local motorcycle shop, a metal polish from Pro-Honda.  If you're trying to clean up you're bike this stuff will work on aluminum, stainless, painted metal, & plastic.  It did a number on my airbox and I wasn't really even trying to work it.  Anyway, if you're looking for the right stuff that's my recommendation.  Incidentally, it costs about $5.50 / 2 oz tube. 

Now if it would only work on my carburators.   ;D

...and it is called just 'metal polish'?

yep! surprised the hell outta me.  Pro-Honda "metal polish" in a red and white tube.
