« on: May 05, 2008, 05:07:14 AM »
For the life of me, I can not find a clutch cable for my '77 CB400F.  Does anyone know of a source?  Thanks

Did you try the Honda shop?

Yeah, I am not real happy with my local honda shop's stock on anything.
With the exception of spark plugs, oil filters, and plug caps most honda shops aren't going to have much of anything in stock for our bikes...if they aren't willing to order it, that's another story.

I don't think you looked very hard. CMSNL has them (at their usual inflated price), DSS has OEM and repro ones, and searching for the part number 22870-377-000 brings up pages of hits (many obsolete or bogus - I don't think Alibaba has them - but still...).
