Rickman 41 mm fork..need pics.
« on: March 19, 2014, 09:38:40 PM »
I am thinking of making a 41 mm. Fork, similar to the Rickman
I am using SV 41 mm leg assemblies.
Need pics of the triple trees and a few measurements.

G'day mate
I can take photos and measurements for you.
But I can't get the photo from my phone to my computer (no idea how to).  I have just yesterday emailed from my phone and attatched a photo from my phone.
Let me know if you want me to do this but it would need to be by email

I got some pics today but it's 38 mm, but for its the 41 mm, usually has single disc. If so take some pics of the trees, but for you can measure the center to center of forks..even better.

That might be a 38?  Maybe, but measure the width anyway, and try to determine tube size.
 Thanks,  Frank

No I'm sure. I mesured it, and it's 41mm.

I bought this bike last year in the South of spain. She was stored about 20 years. Now I began the restauration in october  . I'm not a specialist but I try to do it perfectly because I love this bike....

I'm restoring the carburators now and the sohc/4 owners club forum help me a lot.
