Maybe the harley guys know something about them.

Have seen a few set ups for a harley, so far none have ever run them or know much.

Got one response.

Sorry to say that that carb is a red-headed step child. The only items availble today that fit are listed below.  This carb was a specialty item for Bikes and smaller motors and the factory support for it went away over 25 years ago. I did have one sent to me to compare parts, got a good close look and there are some similarities and alot of big differences.  Intermediate jets are called Pilot jets, no main or fuel jets we have will fit.

Similar/same parts:

accel pump diaphragm ($25)
air jet  ($4 ea)
pilot jet   ($4 ea)
pilot screw (Idle screw)   ($7 ea)
throttle shaft seals ($1.50 ea), collar and washer and nut ($2. ea)
inner venturi gaskets ($1.50 ea)
needle/seat  ($25 ea)

Everything not listed above is special or incompatible with all other Mikuni PHH style automotive sidedraft carbs.  The carb form factor is smaller so will not bolt to existing manifolds that all other sizes match up to.  Also because of the smaller form factor, it uses special float chamber gaskets, float ass'y, jet chamber cover and gaskets as well as smaller jet holder tubes, inner and outer venturis.

Sorry for the bad news, wish I could be of more help.  It is referred to as a Type Q 36mm or PHH2/36.
