Ok people here's your very own thread where you can post your own ideas on what's going on in BOTM.
This is an attempt to clean up the board to make it easier for me to run it without having people having to PM me asking WTF is going on.
As most of you know, I was involved in a serious accident 6 moths ago which left me with a little brain damage and I really can do without the hassle that the job has put me through this past few weeks.
Please consider me before cracking any jokes that I may take in bad taste, thanks guys.

Would you like chips with that, Sam? Must be the withdrawal from the Boddington's has got you in a state. I know you've said the doctor has forbid you to partake, and you've even mentioned the possibility of giving it all up anyway, but where will we ever find a suitable replacement for your local ambrosia?

I hope you're well, and it's great to know you'll be celebrating another Christmas with all of us, even if remotely.

Peace and health to you, dear man!

Thanks Cal, it would have been easier to say find someone else for the job but I'm not a quitter, it's either do it my way OR find someone else, I'd rather it be the former.

Seems like your way has worked really well for quite a while. Look at all the beautiful bikes that get represented each month, and throughout the year. If not for this thread, many might get missed.

You get my vote of confidence to keep it as you have enter mined it works well (and easy for you).

Come back soon, Bill is getting out of hand with the Apple Pie  :-*

The Chef has been holding out on us on what could be a BOTM candidate!

He just presented a beautiful CL360 to his girlfriend for Christmas. No build thread, as I presume he was keeping this as a "Black Project" to hide it from her.  Great project bike, Chef -- now let's see a build thread!!

Sam, tis a shame it has to be explained but I understand your frustration. What about posting the rules at the top of every month's nomination??

It used to be at meetings everyone understood Robert's Rules of Order too.  ::)

Time for me to have a rest guys, I can't see the point of posting them at the top of the Nomination Thread each month Brent if people can't read them in the stickies at the head of this forum.
I'll start the January Nomination thread again with SohRons 550 which was nominated, seconded and accepted and then you can add to it. Perhaps Justin will take over running it for a while but I know he has been busy for some time, anyway, I'm out of it for now, my health is more important. Thanks for having me.

Sam if you haven't posted posting rules then maybe you should. If ANYTHING falls outside your rules delete them and keep it clean and easy.  :)

I don't really understand.
The format has worked for a very long time.
Seems uber simple, fair and easy to work with, why change anything?

If there is something I can do to help keep the BOTM going please let me know

Also posted in the BOTM thread after seeing this one.  I nominate Don (750CafeRacerFan) as the 2015 BOTM chairman to take over from Sam, who has earned a well-deserved rest.  What do you say, Don?

Cal, you blew my cover.  My intent is to keep him busy so he doesn't buy any more of the best foundation bikes in SoCal.  He's cornered the market here.  Isn't that an anti-trust violation?

Thanks for the offer.

Sam. :)

I've been through and enjoyed the spirit of BOTM and BOTY.
It's a great way to recognize and celebrate your favorite bikes and builders.
It's supposed to be fun, friendly and non-political.
I have no idea why the BOTM admin should be receiving ANY PM's on the topic.
Pretty simple rules and easy member involvement.
Add another rule.
PM's will be deleted and go unanswered so don't waste your time or Sam's

See how easy that is?

Have a great 2015 Sam.

Just to make sure that February BOTM doesn't fall through the cracks, I started a February nomination thread. I also PM'd and emailed existing moderator Chef Justin about substituting in for Sam. Now let's h.get some bikes in the running.
