New bike, now what?
« on: October 11, 2006, 05:32:46 PM »
Can I be trusted to leave well enough alone, or should I cafe' it?

Should add, it's a bit rougher than the pic's indicate.

I've got a set of Clubman's and Drag bars under the bench, definitely a cheap start.

Should add...'74 750K, 39k miles.

I agree.
A set of low(er) bars will really make that scoot look better..

That's a very red looking bike you've got there. Very nice.

Being a fan of 'stock' I would concur with the others. Just put some lower bars on it.

Ride the piss out of it...
Then you'll know what changes you want or not.
Then ride the piss out of it some more.

looks pretty.

I guess it depends on what you want to do on it.  I like my stock (but troublesome) '78.  I can think of nothing better for the daily commute on a high-desert Interstate...
