I absolutely LOVE the Hindle, especially it's service through Kemp @ Ripple Rock Racers. I will post sound clips on the weekend once I take it on a test ride.

the hindle fits like a glove, is super light due to the stainless construction, and the note it yells is absolutely superb. The branding is stick-on, not riveted....could come right off on the non-coated exhausts and be plain stainless throughout....

thing is fairly quiet down at idle and quarter throttle, but grab all of it and she screams.

Did you source your custom offset triples?  If so, did you go with Cognitomoto?
You also mentioned adding a rear hugger.  Did you have something fabricated or adapt a fender?  Or still "to do"?

I didn't like the chincy look my seat had....a few months back I decided to stop by a friends place to see what he could do with it. I told him what I wanted and he nailed it. Some Italian leather and suede action:









Will need to make a different headlight mount due to the relief cuts in my new lower triple:



Spent a TON of time on wiring this thing from scratch:







Made a quick and easy ignition relocation bracket just to get the wiring done. Will end up making it look nice and paint it as well:

I like the lighter weight version of the Cognitomoto electronics tray, and your inset neutral/oil pressure LEDs in the top triple.

The leather upgrade to the vinyl Motolanna seat looks pretty awesome, too.  I had the same idea in mind for my spare Motolanna seat, but was debating leather/Alcantara.  Thanks for the input on Alcantara durability.

Oh, and way to get that knee down!!

Had a friend of mine do some welding on my Hindle as it needed a little massaging for my application...












oh yeah and IT RUNS!!! Started up first kick, super stoked. Looks like I'll be pushing to get it done within the month to make some shows before the season ends.

What was the issue with the "no start" previously?

I stopped by to help out, I started checking valve clearances and after I had done three of them I realize that his .05mm and .06mm were stuck together with what looked like a tiny tack weld from something like arcing out across a battery or something. so all of his intake valves were over double the clearance and I think two of the exhaust ones were a little tight. I also completely removed the C5 ignition and set the motor to TDC with the stock advance unit, then locked the crank with a wrench on the stator side, and set the C5 TDC with it locked. Then I did the blow-into-an-overflow-tube trick to push a splash of fuel into the intake tract and GV gave her a solid boot and she came to life.

This bike is coming out awesome, when the time comes for another bike I think i'll be looking to a 550. Never rode one but they seem like such a nice middle ground between the power of the 750 and the handling/nimble-ness (probably not a word) of the CB350. Keep up the good work....

Kemp did not make the alterations although he does think it looks "hot" haha. Yes, it was to accommodate my swingarm....also, as I don't have passenger mounts any longer I had to come up with a solution for mounting the muffler. Since the front section has a slip-fit with springs, I wouldn't be able to just leave it hang with only springs. Instead I came up with the idea to weld the rear section and also weld on a mount using the same bolt my rear master shares. Stoked with how it came out.
