The 16" rear looks better in person, but I agree..... the 18" rear is the way to go.

And the Yamaha wheel is very close. I have both. I'll see what I can do about getting a side by side pic.

I love me some lesters.
Have used them on almost every SOHC I have owned.
Prices are all over the map, but always expensive for a set with an 18 rear.
As stated 19 is common for the front, but 18 was an option.

Lester ID #s and other info are in the FAQ under wheels.  Reply #9, I believe.   I have two sets now that I need to clean up and get mounted. Can't wait!  Good luck.

Thanks Dan, how's the fit? Any clearance issues with the stock swingarm?

That size is close to stock. Shouldn't be any clearance issues.  I have them on all my alloy wheels

I have tried bigger tires and don't seem to like them. The chart here is helpful. You can see that the 100/90 front is .44" wider and .30" taller and the 110/90 rear is .33" wider and .90" taller than stock. Dan

I am not an expert on rake and trail. What changes when the rear tire is 1.5" taller than stock? Quicken the steering? Dan

Yes, it quickens steering by reducing  rake and trail, less rake is fine, less trail isn't, these bikes have around 3.75 inches of trail, by todays standards thats quite small, most modern bikes have less rake but have more trail , they get this buy using a different {less} offset on the triple clamps..

I might have to that too, after talking to a long time ARR user. I'm too heavy for a 110/90-18  ;D

I don't know the exact numbers, but apparently 120 is better if you plan on having a passenger frequently (and weigh over roughly 150lbs??)...
