lol all of these responses made me laugh just as hard as when i saw the original add and description. I cant believe the price is where it is, I see a new business venture taking off out of my scrap pile...

since I saw this this morning, I grabbed a bunch of rusty crap steel pieces up off the floor at the band saw and made four of those.  I'm gonna be rich!
