More heat.  Are the pipes still on the bike so you could run the motor ?   You could secure it and run it to get the head hot.   Then go at it again with the impact driver.  I really like PB Blaster combined with heat.
Yep, I'm the kid that figured out how to put things back together...eventually.

Well, I got all of them but one with the impact driver, head off the engine. The impact died on the last one, lower #3.
Ended up drilling it out, and will have to repair the threads. I like the heat from the engine trick. Would've tried it, but the engine is getting the royal treatment at the moment, awaiting new primary chains and tensioner, and same with the camshaft, so the engine is in pieces. Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Heat gun is easier to use when the head is off, just need to heat up the threaded section and use this impact driver from Gordon, never fails.

I just removed the exhaust spigots as well. They were seized up real good, even after a good soak in penetrating oil. My Kinchrome bits gave up before the screws even moved. The screw head was mangled so I decided to use a centre punch to try out "rotate" them out. Took my time working around the perimeter but they eventually decided I was more stubborn than them & they relented.

It's probably a combination of the beating the screw on its head & the rotation that causes the to let go. I hope that someone else might find this method useful. I would keep it until last though....try the impact driver first.
