I have an old 350 twin I'm working on. In the process of taking the carbs apart to clean them, I had to removed the butterflies to get that shaft out of there and cleaned up. To make a long story short, those butterflies were real soft and didn't come out easily. In the process, I nicked up the bottom of one of them and had to dress it up a bit.
The bike idles high and I can't get it any lower. Looking at the bottom of the butterfly, it looks like there's a gap now that I assume to be the problem. I thought I might have them upside down but either way, the idle is near 2000 RPM. Anyone have any thoughts...
