brake caliper conversion
« on: January 31, 2015, 09:59:36 am »
Hello All,

First post on here and I am looking for some help.

Does anyone know if there are any twin pot calipers which will fit straight on to cb400n forks?

I'm preparing a CB400/4 for the track and have swapped the forks.

Thanks.

Skeet.

Most people including me had to make adapters or go to another style fork set up
and even then if you went to a 2 pot or even a 3 pot you had to make adapters
just my 2 cents worth

unsure what the CB400n forks are like.
But here is a twin pot upgrade for the 750f forks.

we didn't get the cb400n superdream here in the states. Closest we got was the cb400T baby supersport look alike for 1983. Honda used twin pot calipers on their cb400T/450T after 1981 so look at a superdream's fork leg made after 1981 and see if it is the same as your fork leg.
