cb750 brake interchange
« on: January 30, 2015, 04:49:16 AM »
I have a 73 cb750k that I picked up with bad wheels, tires and no front brake. I found a deal and picked up the parts from a 77 cb750a and don't have them yet (not local).  Just wondering if I'll run into any issues and if they use the same components or if I need to buy parts for a 77a when I upgrade?  Also, what aftermarket options are there?  From the pictures I've seen, they need a refresher and I have a habit of upgrading rather than fixing.

When purchasing parts of a different vintage, its always a good idea to cross check part numbers
This usually answers all compatibility questions.

There are online catalogs of part numbers/fiche.
I like to use CMSNL.com
