HM300 exhaust diffusers

Came across these HM300 baffles on a Japanese Yahoo auctions site.  They are a shortened diffuser essentially without the perforated baffle section.  I saw similar HM300 "racing baffles" listed on Yamiya a while ago but they no longer seem to be available on their site

Anyone know where to source these?

Yamiya does carry the HM341 diffusers.  HM300 are different design.
