I owned an NT700 for two months before getting hit by car driven by a motorist who never saw me.  I am going high-vis before heading out on the Nighthawk this spring.  I'll be dashing in my new yellow jacket and helmet, but I want more.

I'm shopping for shimmering lights to mount on the front with hopes of never again inconveniencing another preoccupied motorist.  Ideally, I would replace the incandescents in my front indicators with LEDs and modulate those.  As an alternative, I'd put modulated BikeVis Bullets somewhere on the front.  I want to be seen but not mistaken for a Shriner in a parade.

Would anyone care to share their experience or opinions?

I realize it is not always possible in every situation, but always try to ride in such a way that it doesn't matter whether you are seen or not.

Modulated MOTORCYCLE headlights are legal in all 50 states and Canada....however, you may modulate ONLY the headlight, and only during the daytime, and they must be modulated, (not flashing). You may modulate either the low or the highbeam, but not together.
"Modulating" any other lights can get you un wanted attention from the LEO's.
