Man that is great news. I've been running around like a crazy person trying to find brake parts for the wife's new car tire dragbike. I used to buy all my stuff from PMFR but had to snag bits and pieces from all around.

Thanks a lot for posting that Jim. I knew they had moved but was unsure when they would reopen. I need a few more pieces so this made my day.

I'll give Jim a gold star for posting this the one time it counted. Lol

Dammit, no brake parts listed. Limited website info just like Keith said but its really cool that Dave's bike is featured on the site. Now I can say I know a celebrity, ummm, dragbike that is. Lol

Frank, be glad to contact Jeff Sutton  for you. He can get some stuff not advertised, already helped me. He's awesome. That machine pic on FB was great, Bill

Jim,
I think you were just nervous  ;D.  Frank, call the number on at the top and ask for Jeff Sutton.  The new website was just launched today and it surely has some bugs.  I know he has shelves and shelves of parts not listed on the website yet.

I am very appreciative of Jeff getting my bike and me featured on the new PMFR website.  My bike does have almost everything PMFR on it, from wheels, forks, throttle assy, grips, and chain sprockets.  Their parts are top notch, well made and light.  My bike weighs 370 lbs. ready to race.  Pretty light for a conversion chassis.  Check out the headlight brackets.  I cut those out by hand, smoothed and polished them.  They digitized them and are going to offer those also.

Well, just my 15 seconds of fame ;D.  Too bad I can't win a national, YET!!  Thanks guys.
I'm not as smart as I look, but I am pretty.

Dave,

I'm trying to finish up the car tire bike i'm building for Gladys and need a few more parts so I'm hoping PMFR does have a stash of brake parts laying around.

Now give me the secret as to how you got that Kaw down to 370lbs. Wow, thats light for a conversion, i am impressed.

Frank,

No real secrets.  PMFR  forks, wheels, sprockets.  Very light headlight brackets, bolts ends cut to just clear nuts.  Titanium rear axle, aluminum front axle.  Here's a secret: if you run a KZ head, the early Z1 cam cover is half a pound lighter than the later KZ 1000 cover.   The complete front end is PMFR.  I weighed the original stock front end, handlebars and all,  it was 63 lbs.  The PMFR complete front end weighs 28 lbs.  The handlebars are thin wall stainless steel, lighter than aluminum.
I'm not as smart as I look, but I am pretty.
