flatspot after 4K on 71 cb750

1971 cb750
I am getting a flatspot when accelerating just after 4k to 4.5k it is short lived. I am just curious if this is carburation or timing or normal?

I'd say carb adjustment - I experienced the same thing with my bike until I took a sledge hammer to the carbs and taught them a lesson.
