thread sixze
« on: October 11, 2006, 05:18:16 AM »
I am hoping to stop by the hardware store at lunch today, and forgot to bring the bolt I want to match.  Might any one be able to tell me the thread size for the four bolts for the handle bar clamp?

Thanks

1.25 pitch
In the UK anything over 40 years old only needs insurance and Fuel.

The 40 is 40mm long or 4cm

That makes more sence a forty count seemed awful tight, but without the harware right here I couldn't be sure.  Thanks again, I will be stopping on the way home.  I will let them know that you sent me

No apology needed, thank you still, and I should have used my brain as a forty county would make something like 0.50 pitch which doesn't make any cents (may as well keep mis-spelling that word)
