Fashion statement

The strangest thing is, the stuff that's patently all about form over function I mostly consider to be ugly anyway. Kind of weird for me to read about how much work went into a cruiser's styling when they're hideous looking anyway.
If something functions well I  consider it beautiful because of that.

I feel like I walked in on the middle of a conversation...

But on the topic of fashion statement - the Dianese store was down 2 blocks from where I was staying in Munich.  A guy was getting fitted for a 1400 Euro (about 1500 bucks) leather suit.  Fetal crouch position, couldn't even stand up wearing it.

Saw a guy walk into work a couple weeks ago wearing a full pressure suit.  For a second I thought Batman had paid us a visit.

You know, trail riders and whatnot wear pressure suits for impacts and falling.  I guess he was breaking it in or something.
