Medyo,  no I havent a RC454 only a humble 315,   man you must love a good lumpy high idle ;D ;D ;D ;D   I do too ;D   but hey thats a serious arsed cam man, the 327 normally humbles an average engine.
Are you thinking the cobra engine you have or another project?

I've been holding on to a cherry 327. Have my eyes out for a 240 though.. :o Need to get my hands on one of those old RC catalogs too. Never heard of the 454 until now

Yeah, thats a lot of cam. Big cc and high rpms. Can't wait to see this build.

I have one that is in good condition except for a broken mounting ear, it was in my engine and was running.
