Finished 73 Honda CB350F
« on: February 09, 2015, 07:11:34 PM »
Just finished this bike.   I want to ride it back and forth to work 11 miles one way thru the city.  Has a bit of pitting on the front and rear fender,
but it looks sharp.

WHAT A BEAUTY!
Where did those pipes come from?
These are the coolest bikes Honda ever made, IMHO...
See SOHC4shop@gmail.com for info about the gadgets I make for these bikes.

I am too.

She's a beaut, and I wish I had motivation (and bux) to do mine up half as good as that looks.

Mine is all original less pipes, only 2800 miles.....runs like a charm.

Stunning beauty. I wouldn't use it for city rides where you can use a moped or a pedalbike instead. The CB350 Four is quite capable for long trips. My friend did over 10.000 kms in a 6 weeks holiday (Belgium, France, Italy, Greece, Italy, Switzerland and Germany. On the German Autobahns she could maintain 130 km/h easily for hours on end. Brilliant bike. Soichiro Honda said it was his best.

Beautiful bike!
I sure hope you're going to wait for the weather to get better in Spokane before you ride that gem!!!

Your bike looks great, I hope to have mine finished this summer.  I think these are the coolest bikes Honda made, just MHO.   Too many bikes, not enough time.

Invest in a good quality lock for it and park in visible locations.

Also, keep an eye out for spare side covers. 350's are pretty rare, but I would bet that like 500/550 and 750 side covers nice ones like yours are still at risk of theft.

What a great job you did on your bike. I am restoring a red 73 as well. Your photos have really motivated me.
I'm at the point for paint. Any recommendations/advise?
What product did you use? 3 stage? Did you leave the backside of the side covers and the underneath of the tank untouched?
