Yep, I've been thinking about trying to save that one (with title), might make a good home for some of the "Scorpions"!
I did manage to coax the clutch apart:

Can these chains be reused (t.i.c.)

And finally, anybody need some "patina" to finish up that oh-so-perfect project? I've got patina by the bucket load!

Eventually came across the first broken bolt. One of the cylinder studs would not budge, even after applying heat and firm whacks with a 3lb hammer. It finally snapped, and after welding a nut on the stub and twisting it off three separate times, looks like I'll be drilling, dremeling, and picking the remains out.
Oh well, I really expected every other bolt to be seized, so one broken/seized/stubborn fastener is a lot better than I thought it would be.
