I just picked up a few small parts from him for this 69KO. He did the fenders and stuff for me last year. Like I said, he is a super friendly guy and his quality is very very good. Good luck with it.

I have heard that West Coast Custom Chrome does good work but, I have had no experience with them.
It is sad they have closed.

 Probably over a decade now a shop in Wisconsin or Minnesota, I had it arranged through a 2nd party as it was for a '66 Volvo 122S center section.  They did beautiful work, straightened several deep dents and rechromed it and it looked like a new bumper. The back showed where they had reformed it (lines from  the tooling).The chrome color matched the stock OEM Volvo NOS bumper ends and overriders.
I will ask a friend if he knows the name and if they are in business.

Has anybody considered sending their chrome stuff overseas? Prices are getting out of control and many shops are closing.  I'm against outsourcing overseas but this is a different issue.

Can't imagine the price wouldn't be crazy after shipping. Plus many parts are not replaceable. I'd like to talk with someone same language if there is a problem.

No way...overseas even more issues with potential handling issues, lost parts, etc. And I agree...I like to speak English when I can. Plus, I just as soon pay money to someone in the USA who is just trying to make a living.
