Topic: need help, missing cb 550 f1 parts not available any more...

Hi cb four friends!

I rebuild my cb 550 f1 (1976) to a near stock condition. Finally i have scored the original headlight clamps for the 550 f1 model in pretty
decent condition because at my bike were the false clamps for the k3 model without the rubber fork gaitors.
But now, the upper and lower original rubber cushions for the fork are not available any more... (Number 13 & 17 in following link)

So what to do now? build diy rubbers? take some from the cb750 and cut out a bit? mayby the ones from my k3 clamps will fit?
I would like to get your opinion on what to do or which ones to take instead.

Hi Wobbly!

Thank you for the link! These ones are for the K3 Model without the rubber gaitors. They are still available but i think they will
not fit correctly to the F1.

they fit originally the 550k3 + f2 and the cb 750 k7 models. Searching for the original ones seems like finding the needle in the hay...
