I think you'd be hard-pressed to crack the ton on the 350/4.  I've been up to 90 on my 400F and it didn't have much left.

I squeezed an "indicated" 100mph out of my 350F, but in reality it was probably more like 90.

I've seen 115mph @10k on my 400F. I have LOTS of mods and another 2k to spin it up if the drag doesn't get me down.

stock i had my 400 at 91.9 with a bit more in her, but i was quickly running out of road....that's GPS tested, the speedo was reading about 110 at the time.....chin on tank, left hand on fork.  i think i could probably crack the ton on it now, but haven't had a good opportunity.

sorry this thread has turned into the top speed of a 400.

I been clock and my speed has never been more than a few off. I have a LOT of mods to say the least. This thing is not even close to stock. I will need to try the GPS, but I don't think it would be that different. My friend that used to race these bikes and 750's has seen 400's hit high 11's in the quarter. We built the bike to RUN. NO #$%*!!!  I would imagine a STOCK 350 could see high 80's. 90's at best.

aptech, i've looked over your bike many a time and suffice it to say, i have absolutely no problem believing that you coax it well into triple digits.  all i've done so far is get mine running right and drop a lot of weight and it's quick.  on a sufficiently twisty road, it stays right up there with the 750s.

my speedo was crap over 60 and i decided i wanted to know for sure so i strapped on the GPS.   plus it locks in your highest speed so you have a little proof back in the garage.

What GPS are you using?  I am thinking about getting one of those wrist-mounted Garmin units to test my top speed.

NO prob, I have heard a lot of #$%* from disbelieving, so called ( I think jealous) friends. NOT you guys here!!!! What GPS system did you use? I really is dishearting to spend thousands of dollars and one year of your life making a bike that you love, and love to show off, just to hear " you are talking out your ass". With GPS proof, I could now say #$%* OFF!!!!

the garmin legend
it's just one that i have for camping/hiking, but any will do.  these are nice though, as you could then download the "run" onto a computer and print it out to shove in peoples faces.
