Wiring ?

Trying to put all the headlight bucket wiring back together after replacing steering bearing.  Just have a couple questions...

All 3 Brown/White wires coming from gauges and left hand control get connected to the Brown/White wire from the main harness correct?  For some reason in my notes I have written down the Brown/White from left hand control is to black...

Also solid brown wire from main harness doesn't seem to have a home?  Should it???

BTW it's a 76 CB750F     I become color blind when I stare inside the headlight bucket for too long...

AFAIK all brn/wht wires connect to main harness brn/wht. A black wire (hot with ignition on) is connected with the brn/wht circuits
when the headlight switch is turned to on.  The extra brown is only used for non domestic market bikes that have different
lighting requirements.
