Ah, the elusive mustache tape CB. That's a rare bike.

Ok, sorry. Couldn't resist. I have nothing to say of importance.

We need a pic of the bottom...hinges, latch, bumpers etc.  What bike are we dealing with here anyway?  As already said, it is probably some custom upholstery on a stock pan.
If it works good, it looks good...

Mustang made a stepped seat back in the day but like Sean mentioned a pic of the underside is needed to see if the pan is stock or not.

Could be an old Corbin seat.  I believe I have a similar one in storage, I'll see if I can't dig up some pics.

Hmm it is surprisingly comfortable so maybe, but no cup to the seat so it doesn't look like it to me...

That is not a stock pan.  I also don't think it is Corbin Gentry, as all the one I've seen have bent steel pan painted olive green.  It may be just Corbin.  I don't know much about the company after they lost the Corbin Gentry name.  Whatever it is, I doubt a replacement cover or foam is still available.

Nah, seanbarney is right, the pan isn't quite right for a Corbin Gentry, which is what I was thinking of.  The seat I have is at my storage space so I won't be able to get at it until later in the weekend, but here's what their pans look like in general:

The seat I have also has the welded on hinge tabs like this one, so it's not the same as yours.

Looking more closely at your picture, what's with the cracking around the latch holes?  Is that fiberglass?  Perhaps some PO's attempt to cover up the old holes?

EDIT:  whole pan looks like fiberglass to me, now that I look even closer

As Sean mentioned here is a vintage 750 green Corbin pan. The second pic is a 74 I bought with a Mustang seat and a paper label but your pan is different than that one also but similar contour.

Your cover looks like a custom or owner made with that extra white detail unless its just something applied.

It is hard to tell from your ebay links, but the cb750f supersport has a totally different shaped pan that utililizes a plastic rear cowl.  None of the f/super sport stuff will fit what you have.  Basically your options are to have the seat recovered by an upholsterer, make something yourself, replace the seat entirely, or it is really unlikely that you might get "lucky" and find out what seat that is and a replacement cover for it.

Scratch made my own, reused the foam and pan but quilting and fabric all new.
