Made that too, molded veg tan leather. When I was making the bike I didn't have covers and want a fan to begin with. It bolts right in to the frame. I put out feelers a while back but nobody seemed interested.

Looks really slick, I had a thought to try to mount some generic MC tool bag in that position but never really went anywhere with it.
