I have what looks to be honda cb350f engine and transmission.

Used to have complete bike back in the day. Not sure if I should look for a frame or sell the engine and spare parts, maybe look for another bike. My friend has a 1973 cb350 twin. Can he use the transmission or any other parts? Thanks for any help you can offer me.
