Good progress mate, well done.

You may regret not masking the bearing surface on the triple stem though, it's going to be a PITA to fit the race on there unless you remove the PC first.

haven't worked on the bike in a long time, but did quite a few things the past couple weeks. got everything i needed welded on the frame, sand blasted the frame and getting it ready for paint. did some small detail on the sprocket cover, cut the front fender. and got the tank and seat sanded and primed.

You could have filled the pits in the metal with jb weld (not the quick stuff) or lab metal before Powdercoat. I wound up braising mine. Good looking build though!

I see you have removed the oil tank tabs.
Do you know what oil tank you will be using?
The only way is up.

did some more work on the top end. honed the cylinders, painted the cylinder base, and the head cover. and powder coated the cylinder head. also powder coated the ?tappet? bolts/covers and some other small details. i will also be sanding the fins on the black to get it silver. now to get the rest of the engine pretty.

Top end looks really nice, thinking about doing something similar but instead of the head might paint the jugs black. Nice reference either way!

had a little time to make a seat pan for my seat pan haha. shaped the foam and this is how it will sit, it will be tightened down so it will be more flush to the seat pan. i also painted the rest of the engine. now i have to reassemble it. hope to have the frame painted soon and start the final assembly

Just a note on your seat, if it's yoga mats or the like then i wouldn't even bother.  I did that and was about same thickness as yours and ended up ripping it off, it was fine for 30mins but after that the mats would not rebound and it was soooo uncomfortable.  You can see in the pic how it looks moulded to my butt, lol
