You can replace just any valves that are damaged. Nothing wrong with the ones you linked as far as I know. A damaged valve is probably on a damaged seat, so seat grinding may be required. The OEM valves have a very thin hard metal coating (Stellite) and don't last long after one grinds through that - if you need to do much to the valves beyond reseating with compound, new valves would be a good idea.
The guides should be checked and replaced if worn out. I don't know about suppliers for 550 guides.
