New front rotors on original carriers

I have had a new set of rotors made up. Looking for advice on reattaching them to the carriers. Original rivets measure about 6.2mm which precludes using a shouldered 6 mm bolt. Anyone rev riveted them on?

Ream to 1/4...off the top of my mindcrometer,  i would say that would be around 6.4 ish..

if you press steel 6mm rivets on a press with a few tons of force like mama honda did, the stems will surely expand and fill the 6.2....

When Goddfrey thins brake rotors he reattaches them with bolts/locktite.

That should work.  I did that before with RD400 brake discs and the bolts stayed on.
