Top triple clamp
« on: March 28, 2015, 07:19:42 PM »
G'day, I'm putting clip ons on my k2 and am looking at modifying my top triple clamp. I am chasing a second hand one to play with as mine is in really good condition. Will a clamp from other models fit?

Yes.  But if you have a unicorn triple and but a later model triple on, your gauges won't mount up.
I have a couple spare triples.

Thanks mate I have aftermarket gauges to fit. So I'm going to cut a triple down and modify it a bit untill I can afford a new front end. I'm in Australia so hopefully I can find something cheap locally.

These are the style gauges I'll be using. I'm keeping my originals for my next build.
