I just replaced the brake pads on my 2005, Honda 250 Rebel. Everything seems to be situated correctly but there is virtually no grab on the brake when I squease the brake handle. What do I need to do?

did you do anything that would've gotten air into the lines?  if so, get to bleeding.
how far did you push the piston back to put the new pads in?  may be as simple as pumping/adding fluid as necessary to get them to the correct position.

With some of these newer bikes, I have heard that you need to open up the master before pushing the piston in. If you did not do that, you may have damaged the master piston seal. You brake would not leak, it jsut would not move fluid.

Pulll the caliper off and remove the pads and pull the lever, if no movement, open the master and see if fluid is being moved. If not, then I bet it is that seal.
