1976 cb750f broken fins on head and jugs.

Is the jug on 75 and 76 cb750f
interchangable? Also head?

Yep. I believe they changed in 77

Yep same engine as basically is the 77 and 78 K.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

No, 75 & 76 are the same. 77 & 78 are different.

Pretty sure I have them.  What is the number on your head?

Don, 75-76F have the 392 head , same as the 77-78K, you're mixing up the 77-78 F & K models , its the 77-78 F models that have the different head and jugs... :D ;)

So yes, the 75F, 76F, 77K, 78K can all be used. The 78K head if complete will have different valve collars and the valves will differ only in the cut for the collars. The 78K head if complete will have the stronger springs found in the 77F and 78F. If the 78K head is bare you can use any of the valves and collars other than the 77F and 78F.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)
