I'd contact a Glass Co and see if they could cut and fit a piece.
I've never seen just the mirror sold.

Even if someone came up with a mirror that fit, how would you unroll the frame, and then re-roll it?......

I have replaced the glass only. It fits in the rubber insert. You do not have to roll the frame. However, in this case it appears the rubber rim on the rubber insert it shot.

From another crummy mirror.

How may I get out the glass of another mirror without breaking it? Put it in hot water in order to widen the case?

Regarding stamps on the mirror: I find "new"  KO Mirrors on ebay with "hm" logo but without the other stamp.

Regarding the stampsI found the answer on "sandacast only".

With "HM2", "MS", "PAT.536563" and "MADE IN JAPAN" it is a genuine, early KO mirror.
