Tool Identification Help

I found these tools in a rolling toolbox that was in the garbage. Anyone know what they are?

I believe the plier-type is for spreading automotive battery terminals so they can be pushed onto the battery posts.

Any takers on the first tool? It looks fairly old. Maybe for bending metal? It has teeth in the jaw only on one side.

The first tool is a sort of one-size-fits-all wrench, perfect for rounding the corners off nuts and bolts. ;) Alligator wrench is the name I recall.

'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.
