Will CB750 K7/K8 carbs fit on a earlier K?
« on: October 17, 2006, 02:42:06 PM »
I'm sure someone has done this... and there is probably a thread about it, but I couldn't find it.

Can you interchange these carbs, and is there any advantage if so? Pro's / Cons?

Thanks in advance!

I've been wondering about doing this too... you need the later type rubbers for attaching the carbs to the head, not sure about the airbox side though. Also you need the later throttle cables & the choke cable etc too.

I'm also wondering if it improves (smoothens and quickens)  the throttle action, and whether the jetting takes much sorting out.
