Never said I didn't think this was a great forum, I've benefited hugely from it, and the knowledge here.  Just happened to start that build thread on the other forum, and kept adding there.  It was when I got the 500, and discovered this website around the same time.  That's all. 

Thought I'd share here, but if it's not appreciated and taken as an insult, then maybe a mod can just delete this thread.

Yes, David Silver Spares is where I got the tensioner blade.  I didn't replace the tensioner itself, as it seemed to be good, just the blade and the two rubber end pieces that go on it when it's installed into the tensioner.  I think DSS has the entire unit if you need it, but will cost you a few $.
