I have  been working on a 1969 Honda 350  one cylinder in not firing and has fuel shooting out of the exhaust   thought it might be a stuck valve but everything seems to move smoothly  the bike will start just fine and idle all day   but if u manually throttle up one side it just bogs down as for the other it revs right up   any tips would be greatly appreciated

Measure your spark plug cap.  If good, snip 1/4 inch off and re install.  It helps to roll back the rubber cover up the wire.

How long have you had it? Has it ever ran right or is this a new issue? See if Vinhead's advice helps you, let us know. If it was a stuck valve you would know it. The plug is either not getting good spark with a load on it or it is getting too much fuel and fowling the plug out. Which cylinder is it? and what do the plugs look like?
