cb750a brake calipe interchange?

I'm new to this site. An I just inherit a 76 cb750a hondamatic. An was wondering if the front brake caliper would interchange with another cb? Thanks

the part number is the key!
on CMSNL.com, you can look up the part number in the fiche for your bike.
I usually then go to partzilla.com, and search the part number.  If its found, it will list all the bikes it also is used on....
