Could a 1978 cb750 supersport use a 1976 supersport swing arm and wheels?

I want to use the spoke wheels on my '78 f.

I think it's possible, but not direct bolt on.

78F swingarm is wider and you have to use it, the top shock mounts are also wider, you'll need all the correct spacers to line the wheel up, you'll need a 78K sprocket carrier to keep the chain lined up correctly, its 10mm wider, as is the 78F chain line. It can be done but isn't straight forward, research it well... Not too sure about the front but i'm sure someone else will chime in on that..

I replaced my original F2 front and rear with F1 parts.

used the original stem though (upgraded to 2 calipers so I could use the F2 splitter instead of the longer bolt method.

so you need forks, front wheel and spacers + brake parts.

For the rear , swingarm, wheels, spacers and use the F2 sprocket carrier

well, mounted the F1 wheel on the F2 swingarm and seem to fit just fine...
But then I read it does look like it fits but it's not good. something is off with spacing I think.

So I just sourced and F1 swingarm...

What is off with spacing? Are the wheels in line?  Spacing can be often dealt with.

The later motors used a 630 chain, which was wider than the 530s that the older motors used. Honda had to space the rear sprocket 10mm out, and then build a shoulder on the upper left rear shock mount so that it all lined up correctly. You can do the swap, but I think you'll need a new spacer for the axle (using the later swing arm) and a 10mm offset rear sprocket from CycleX. If you use an older swing arm, your left rear shock won't be straight.
