75 CB750 SuperSport forks

75 CB750 SuperSport, I need to do fork seals so while I have the forks off new fluid as well, so my question  is what weight fork oil should i run and how much of it, How many OZ. or how far from the top of the forks?? I'm 6.1 tall and about 250 pounds if this helps..

Run a search on "Fork Oil" as we have discussed this before.

Honda specify SAE20 in the manual for my bike ('77 CB550K3), but I have used SAE30 as well.  Some folk use ATF.

You should check the manual for volume of oil in each leg. If you don't have one there are links in the FAQs for purchase or download.

My 75 750ss owners manual says "5.6 ozs. (165cc) of premium quality ATF" in each fork.

I tried 15W, but found it a bit hard, so now use 10W fork oil in my 76 F1.
