static timing 1-4 always on

74 cb750k. Home made wiring harness, hondaman ignition. Worked fine previously.
I'm trying to set my static timing and 1-4 are always on, while 2-3 never come on. I guess I have a short somewhere. Anybody had this problem?

Nevermind... cleaned them with a business card, they seem good now.

I noticed a lot of feeler gauges come oiled and I keep them that way. So before I check point gaps I always clean them off with carb cleaner.
