Hello all, these question may seem like a no brainer, but I want to double check to make sure that I can do this switch. The Problem: I have a 1977 Cb750A and the forks are rusted, pitted badly, and need replaced, and I don't have the front disc brake calipers. I do have a complete 1980 CB750C front forks, fender and disc brakes. The CB750C forks are about 2.5 inches longer than the CB750A forks. My questions are: 1. Can the longer forks be used? (I can push them up through the triple tree the 2.5 inches to make the the same size and the stock forks on the CB750A).
2. Can I use the CB750C disc brake (I have all the brake parts; master cylinder, calipers, rotor. I would appreciate any feedback before I make the switch. Thanks
