In my cb550.  16 months all good

I recently restored and sold a 77 cb750f, and am nearly finished with a (former basket case) cb750k5.  This is a place to share, learn and enjoy.  I am grateful to and for 99+% of this site's membership.

Curious, without any other mods, hows the power over stock?

Experience?
Power is better with this kit but huge gains are noticed if you do some head/carb/pipe work. The motor is an air pump, the more air you can't in the more power you can make. Bigger bores trying to suck more air through the still small intake ports hurts power.
I've not heard any complaints on the CI big bore kits from the 466 on up to the 836.
